The Website is owned and operated by Bamboo Ide8 Insurance Services, LLC. (herein referred to as “Bamboo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

1. Your Responsibilities and Permitted Use of the Website
  • a) Certain areas on the Website require that you obtain a User ID and Password, or otherwise verify your identity, for access to restricted areas. Unauthorized access to and use of the restricted areas is strictly prohibited. By accessing the restricted areas, you agree that you are responsible for the security and use of any usernames or passwords needed to access or use the Website. You agree to notify Bamboo immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Bamboo has the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by Bamboo, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
  • b) You are entitled to use the Website only for your personal, non-commercial lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
  • c) To access this Website, you must have a computer equipped with a modem or other access device. You are responsible for the selection, installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer and software. We are not responsible for any errors, failures, or malfunctions of your computer or software. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer and software are compatible with our Website. We reserve the right to change the system requirements for using this Website. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

    6. to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm Bamboo or users of the Website, or expose them to liability.
  • e) Additionally, you agree not to:
    1. use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website.
    2. use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website;
    3. use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent;
    4. use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website;

    3. You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
    4. If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by the end user license agreement for such applications, as applicable.

Any product, process or technology referred to in the Bamboo Material may be subject to other intellectual property rights of Bamboo and are not made available hereunder.
  • j) You may not use Bamboo’s name or trademarks or Website in any way that implies an affiliation with, or an endorsement, sponsorship or approval by Bamboo without our express written permission.
  • k) Bamboo reserves the right to terminate your use of the Website without notice to you, for engaging in any prohibited uses.

 

2. Bamboo’s Responsibilities
  • a) Bamboo undertakes to use commercially reasonable endeavors to prevent breaches of security of the Website.
  • b) Bamboo uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Website. Bamboo makes no representation or warranty that the Website will be accessible or useable by you or error free. The information, documents, and other items provided or available on the Website could include technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, or contain incomplete or out-of-date content.
