Taylor Mobley serves as Chief Operating Officer of Bamboo Insurance, where he is responsible for the company’s operating strategy and day-to-day execution. He brings deep expertise across finance, operations, distribution partnerships and insurance leadership.

Taylor has held a series of executive leadership roles at Bamboo, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, before assuming his current position. This progression across functions has given him a comprehensive view of the business and a proven ability to lead through complexity, scale operations effectively, and align financial and strategic priorities.

Prior to Bamboo, Taylor held finance leadership roles at Kemper, including Chief Financial Officer for both Kemper Life and Kemper Health. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Ernst & Young in their insurance practice, advising insurance clients across complex financial and regulatory environments.

Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University.
