My friend recommended Bamboo. Excellent customer service! When I called to inquire about homeowners insurance they were really great about getting back to me and asking me a series of questions. They were very professional, extremely courteous, and were very prompt in providing me a quote. Easy process. I definitely would recommend Bamboo to others!

I’m very impressed with their customer service. They are prompt and responsive. My claim representative, Londa Felton has been amazing! She was compassionate, very supportive and understanding, and always available to answer questions and address concerns. Their reimbursement and coverage was quite fair and adequately covered all my expenses.

The adjuster was straightforward and informative and processed our claim in a very timely fashion. He sometimes used insurance industry terminology that my wife and I weren't familiar with but he was thorough in his explanations. Payment for the work was prompt and as promised.
