Carleen Driscoll is General Counsel of Bamboo Insurance. She oversees corporate governance, legal, and compliance matters across the company, helping Bamboo operate responsibly and efficiently as it scales.

Carley brings more than two decades of legal and insurance industry experience across corporate governance, insurance regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, entity restructuring, shareholder and board relations, commercial contract negotiation, litigation oversight, and HR leadership. At Bamboo, she helps align legal and regulatory strategy with operational priorities, supporting the company’s multistate expansion, new product launches, and next phase of growth.

Carley has helped guide the company through initial and subsequent funding rounds, the acquisition of Bamboo Agency, and other strategic transaction activity. She is focused on building the legal and regulatory infrastructure needed to support Bamboo’s continued growth and long-term performance.

Prior to Bamboo, Carley served as General Counsel at Pacific Specialty Insurance Company, where she spent more than 16 years advising the business on legal, regulatory, and operational matters. There, she helped guide the company through high-stakes shareholder litigation requiring careful navigation of institutional interests.

Carley earned her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Mary’s College of California. She is a member of the California Bar.
