Brian Suzuki is Chief Insurance Officer of Bamboo Insurance. He guides the company’s insurance strategy, bringing deep actuarial, product, and property and casualty experience to the role.

With more than 25 years in the insurance industry, Brian has helped organizations respond to changing market conditions, emerging risks, and evolving customer needs. His experience across actuarial and product leadership supports Bamboo’s work to develop thoughtful, data-informed insurance solutions.

Prior to joining Bamboo, Brian served as Chief Actuary at Safe-Guard Products. Before that, he spent 17 years at CSAA Insurance Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Chief Actuary.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in marketing from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
