Our hiring process

Application: You’ll apply for your perfect role online.

Review: The hiring manager will review your application thoroughly.

Interviews: We do what we can to keep things simple but meaningful. Depending on the role, you can expect around 2–4 rounds of virtual interviews. We see interviews as a two-way street – the more people you chat with, the better feel you’ll get for whether this is the right fit for you. And don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so you always know what’s next.

Offer: Dream job status landed! We’ll extend an offer to you and explain all of the perks of joining our team.

Onboarding: It’s joinin’ time! You’ll get your equipment and training schedule.
